Is it ok to Unlock users as soon as Set Up Tables are filled?

Hello Gurus,

Just a general question about Lo-Cockpit.

While doing first time load, is it 'OK to unlock users as soon as Set Up tables are filled or we should wait till Info Package has ran successfully?
