"SEND" button in not enabled for a user in a webi report

Hi All,

Need your help.The "SEND" button is disabled for a particular user.From CMC i checked this user(who is facing this issue) and other user(who is not facing this issue) is part of same group.Can any one help me know what could be the reason or how to investigate this issue.
