Payroll area not getting reflected while updating investment

Hi Experts,

While updating investment declaration for one Payroll area there is an Error pop-up.

Error Pop up shows that “record already exists for F.Y 2016-17”.

whereas when we check in edit option (In PA30) it shows that no record exists.
