BAPI to get values based on Proj Def or WBS Elements as showcased in CJ32 (Change Release) TCODE.

Hello Experts

I am trying to find the BAPI that is responsible for fetching the values based on Project Definition or WBS Element keyed in CJ32  Tcode. I got one BAPI named BAPI_PROJECT_GETINFO, but that is returning all the values except Release (WERT1) field.I want to fetch that value as well. I have no clue from which Table it is getting the value.  I also want to know the BAPI which is responsible for Change Release (i.e. as soon as user enters the Release value (WERT1) and hit saves, which BAPI is triggered?)
