Issue in configuration phase in SUM

Hi All,

I am doing EP upgrade(Netweaver 7.3 to 7.4). I am getting error in configuration phase.

Error is: Inbox location /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in does not exist.

I have manually edited the instance profile and added the parameter DIR_TRANS and DIR_EPS_ROOT(/usr/sap/SID/trans/EPS/in).

Started SUM again, but again got the issue.

I have checked the parameter using sappfpar, and it is showing the correct parameters.

But, still SUM is not picking the changed value.

Please suggest me how to change the parameter value for TRANS dir.
